Ways to Submit Files:

What is DropBox? Dropbox is a home for all your photos, docs, videos, and files. Anything you add to
Dropbox will automatically show up on all your computers, phones and even the Dropbox website — so
you can access your stuff from anywhere. Dropbox also makes it super easy to share with others, whether
you’re a student or professional, parent or grandparent. Even if you accidentally spill a latte on your laptop,
have no fear! Relax knowing that your work is safe in Dropbox and will never be lost.
Johns Hopkins Box (JHBox) is a cloud-based file sharing and file storage service which enables people to
collaborate and share information and can be accessed through any device: desktop, laptop, phone, or
tablet. JHBox makes it easy to upload content, organize files, share links to files, and manage file and
folder permissions. With JHBox you can collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside the Institution
anytime, anywhere, from any device. In addition, accounts offer an ample 50GB of document storage
space. JHBox is available for all faculty and staff with an active JHED ID.
  • E-mail attachment – See Contact Us page for email addresses.
For example: To have a poster printed, or a brochure designed, please attach your information to
Rick Tracey’s email address (rtracey@jhmi.edu). The JHED email system has a 30MB (or less) attachment size limit. We request that you call us before you send a digital file to Path Photo to make sure it will go through. When requesting Path Photo to send a digital file to
your email address, please be aware of the size limitations of the specific email system you work with. If
you cannot email your file because of size limitations, please use DropBox or JHBox.
